ALOBEES commits to protecting the private life of its users with respect to the regulations in force and in particular to law “IT and Freedoms” No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended and of the European regulation 2016/679 related to the protection of data (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.

- Data regarding the commercial relationship: requests for documentation, application forms, purchased products, service or subscriptions, quantity, amount, frequency, delivery address, purchase history, product returns, origin of sale (seller, representative) or order, correspondence with the client and after-sales;
- Data regarding settlement of invoices: means of settling invoices, discounts, information relating to credit applications (amount and duration, name of lending body), receipts, non-payments, recovery, balances;
