Click on the “Logistics” module from the web version, at the bottom right of your page click on the + button to create a new schedule, then fill in the red fields to finalize the creation. Employees will therefore be able to book the slot they want from their mobile.

📱 How do my employees reserve a resource?

From their mobile, employees can access the logistics schedules to which they are assigned to reserve a resource. Administrators must validate the collaborators' request to finalize the reservation.
