🙌 What are the benefits of a memo for employees?

The purpose of the Alobees memo is to communicate, inform and alert all of your teams in record time. You will receive a notification when it concerns the site to which you are assigned. It is the fastest way to notify your employees in case of last-minute changes.

📝 How do I create a memo?

A memo is a priority message attached to a construction site. It is possible to create a memo via the “Memo” tab or in the worksite submenu. The memo must be described and its severity defined. It can be created from the web or from your mobile.

🚨 How are employees alerted?

Each memo has its own news feed. All users assigned to the memo project will be notified and will be able to interact on the memo. Administrators, drivers, and site managers can archive the memo. Find the list of archived memos by clicking on the small filter.
