Traxxeo and Alobees join forces to create Eternia Group, the leader in time and activity management and construction site monitoring

Brussels, Paris, September 25 — Traxxeo, and Alobees, both publishers of time and activity management and construction site monitoring solutions, are joining forces withinEternia Group, respectively focused on ETIs and major accounts, and on SMEs in the construction and public works sector.

With this alliance, Traxxeo and Alobees form the new reference player in digital solutions for construction, by offering a global offer, Eternia Group covers all “people workflows”:

• Human resources management: time, activities, absences, HR administration,
• The management of the compliance of internal, temporary and subcontractors employees,
• HR and operational planning: optimal allocation of teams and human and material resources to sites,

A major step with the merger of Traxxeo and Alobees

The creation of Eternia Group is based on two complementary players who are leaders in their respective markets:

• Traxxeo, founded in 2008, managed by Charles le Hodey and Hervé Jadin, publisher of a SaaS HR platform specialized in time and activity management and administrative compliance, focused on construction companies with 200 to 20,000+ people.
• Alobees, founded in 2017, managed by Erwan Baynaud, publisher of a SaaS platform for team management and site monitoring, focused on construction companies of 10 to 200 people.

Both companies maintain their autonomy and identity, while benefiting from the momentum driven by Eternia Group to accelerate their growth and strengthen their impact on their customers.

A multi-sectoral vision focused on the future and AI

The mission of Eternia Group is clear: to consolidate and digitize construction people workflows to streamline processes and make them a lever for productivity, compliance and performance.
